به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران به نقل از کمپین فعالین بلوچ، روز پنجشنبه ۱۷ آبان ماه ۱۴۰۳، حافظ سید رخشانی، متاهل، دارای ۳ فرزند، اهل و ساکن شهرستان میرجاوه از توابع استان سیستان و بلوچستان و شهروند اهل سنت، توسط نیروهای امنیتی اطلاعات سپاه پاسداران ، دستگیر شد.
براساس این گزارش، بازداشت حافظ سید رخشانی، توام با ضرب و شتم این شهروند اهل سنت در منزل شخصی اش، صورت گرفته است.
همچنین، این شهروند اهل سنت برای بازجویی و تشگیل پرونده قضایی به بازداشتگاه یکی از نهادهای امنیتی اطلاعات سپاه پاسداران در استان سیستان و بلوچستان، منتقل شده است.
