According to reports, Farhan Hasan Zadeh was transferred to Naqadeh Prison on 6 June 2023 to serve his prison sentence. He was detained after reporting to the enforcement branch of the Oshnavieh Prosecutor's Office and subsequently transferred to Naqadeh Prison.
Farhan Hasan Zadeh, a resident of Oshnavieh, was arrested by security forces on 17 January 2023 and taken to a security detention centre in Urmia. On 29 April 2023, he was sentenced by Branch 101 of the Oshnavieh Criminal Court Two to two years in prison on charges of "membership in anti-state groups." This sentence was later reduced to one year and four months after submission to the verdict.
After completing the interrogation process, he was transferred to Oshnavieh Prison and was temporarily released on bail on 7 February 2023 until the end of the judicial proceedings.
بر اساس گزارش ها، فرعان حسن زاده در تاریخ 16 خرداد 1402 برای گذراندن دوران حبس به زندان نقده منتقل شد. وی پس از مراجعه به شعبه اجرای احکام دادسرای اشنویه بازداشت و به زندان نقده منتقل شده است.
فرعان حسن زاده، اهل اشنویه، در تاریخ 27 دی 1401 توسط نیروهای امنیتی بازداشت و به یکی از بازداشتگاه های امنیتی در ارومیه منتقل شد. او در تاریخ 9 اردیبهشت 1402 توسط شعبه 101 دادگاه کیفری دو اشنویه به اتهام "عضویت در جمعیت های معارض کشور" به دو سال حبس محکوم شد که این حکم پس از تسلیم به رأی به یک سال و چهار ماه کاهش یافت.
پس از اتمام مراحل بازجویی، وی به زندان اشنویه منتقل و در تاریخ 18 بهمن 1401 با تودیع وثیقه به صورت موقت تا پایان مراحل دادرسی از زندان آزاد شد.
