A shopkeeper and wrestler residing in the Shohada area on Iran Street, identified as Sina Shams, was detained at his private residence by security forces on 14 February 2026. Following his arrest, he was transferred to the quarantine section of Evin Prison. It has been reported that he managed to inform his family in a brief 20-second phone call that there is a possibility of a "moharebeh" charge being issued against him if his situation is not addressed. Reports also indicate that he encountered violence during his arrest and has been denied access to legal representation and basic rights.
سینا شمس، فرزند سعید، مغازه دار و کشتی گیر ساکن محدوده شهدا در خیابان ایران، در تاریخ ۲۵ بهمن ۱۴۰۴ به صورت شبانه در منزل شخصی خود توسط نیروهای امنیتی بازداشت شده است.
بر اساس اطلاعات موجود، وی پس از بازداشت به قرنطینه زندان اوین منتقل شده و تنها در یک تماس کوتاه حدود ۲۰ ثانیه ای با خانواده خود اعلام کرده است که در صورت عدم پیگیری وضعیتش، احتمال صدور حکم «محاربه» برای او در روزهای آینده وجود دارد.
گزارش ها همچنین حاکی از آن است که او در جریان بازداشت با خشونت مواجه شده و از دسترسی به وکیل و حقوق اولیه خود محروم مانده است.
