محمد حيدرى به همراه برادرش ـ عبدالمالک حیدری، در تاریخ ۲۰ دی ماه در منطقه ملاشیه اهواز، دستگیر شدند اما نکته حائز اهمینت اینکه عماد حیدری، دیگر برادر این ۲ متهم، پیشتر به مدت ۲ سال تحت بازداشت بود و دوران حبس خود را سپری کرده بود. دستگیری این افراد توسط ماموران اداره اطلاعات سپاه استان خوزستان صورت گرفته.
Mohammad Heidari and his brother, Abdolmalek Heidari, were arrested on January 10 in the Malashieh area of Ahvaz. Notably, their other brother, Emad Heidari, had previously been detained for two years and had served his prison sentence. The arrests were carried out by agents of the Intelligence Organization of the IRGC in Khuzestan Province.
