در تاریخ 9 دی 1404، تجمع اعتراضی دانشجویان دانشگاه تهران برگزار شد که در جریان آن، تعدادی از دانشجویان توسط نیروهای امنیتی بازداشت شدند. گزارش شده است که شاهین شکوهی و چندین دانشجوی دیگر در تاریخ 10 دی 1404 به صورت موقت آزاد شدند.
On 29 December 2025, a protest gathering by students of the University of Tehran took place, during which several students were detained by security forces. It has been reported that Shahin Shokoohi and several other students were temporarily released on 30 December 2025.
