سجاد ایرانی ساکن مشهد، در تاریخ ۲۱ دی ماه ۱۴۰۴ در محدوده فلکه هفت تیر توسط نیروهای امنیتی جمهوری اسلامی بازداشت و به اداره اطلاعات منتقل شد. او پس از چند روز به زندان وکیل آباد مشهد انتقال یافت.
بنا بر اطلاعات رسیده، قرار بازداشت موقت سجاد چندین بار تمدید شده و خانواده اش تاکنون اطلاعی از روند پرونده و وضعیت سلامت او ندارند.
