Masoud Eslami-Nasab, 27 years old, was arrested at home on October 15, 2022, and his mobile phone was confiscated.
He was held in solitary confinement for three days under pressure to attribute the charge of assaulting an officer with a cold weapon to him. After three days, he was taken to the crime scene to reconstruct the crime and record forced confessions, but Masoud refused to go in front of the camera and confirm the allegation of hitting the officer. The interrogators told him that they had a video of him stabbing two officers, while an investigation of the cameras at the scene and the retrieval of the videos showed no evidence of Masoud's guilt. They inquired with the local shopkeepers and residents to gather evidence, but the residents replied that no such incident occurred at that date and time. Masoud was returned to solitary confinement and endured 25 days of pressure and psychological torture to force him into making false confessions. Subsequently, based on the contents of his mobile phone and private messages, accusations were made against him without any evidence or documentation, including "destruction and arson," "membership in a group with the aim of disturbing security," "assembly and collusion, propaganda against the regime," "possession of a knife (considering he was arrested at home and had nothing but a phone)," and "enmity against God."
Masoud was confronted with the injured officer, but the officer stated that Masoud was not the person who injured him, and thus the case of enmity against God was closed in the first court session. However, due to the other charges, this young man was sentenced to 21 years and 6 months in prison, which was reduced to 7 years in prison, 4 years of exile, and a two-year ban from online activities upon appeal.
This sentence has been enforced since April 9.
Masoud is related and from the same city as Toomaj Salehi, a rap singer who has been under torture and captivity by the authorities for several months.

مسعود را با مامور آسیب دیده روبرو کردند، اما آن مامور گفت شحصی که به من آسیب زده مسعود نیست و بدین ترتیب در اولین جلسه دادگاه پرونده محاربه بسته شد. اما به خاطر سایر اتهامات بالا این جوان به ۲۱ سال و ۶ ماه حبس محکوم شد که در دادگاه تجدید نظر این حکم به ۷ سال حبس و ۴ سال تبعید و دو سال ممنوعیت از فعالیت در فضای مجازی تغییر یافت.
این حکم از بیستم فروردین ماه اجرا شده است.
مسعود نسبت فامیلی و همشهری با توماج صالحی خواننده رپ دارد که چندین ماه زیر شکنجه و اسارت حاکمان است.
