The Kurdistan Human Rights Network has shared information regarding the arrest of Kurdish citizens by Iranian government forces.
According to the released information, on 12 June 2026, forces affiliated with the Iranian Intelligence Agency raided the home of two brothers, Sardar Rahmani and Ehsan Rahmani, in Kamyaran without a court warrant. They searched the house, confiscated their mobile phones, and instructed the brothers to report to the Kamyaran Police Command Headquarters. It has been reported that after visiting the headquarters, the brothers have since disappeared, and there is no information available about their whereabouts.
The report also indicates that in 2025, the brothers were summoned by the Iranian Intelligence Agency for participating in Nowruz celebrations and using Kurdish symbols. They were detained and interrogated for several hours at that time.

بر اساس اطلاعات منتشر شده، در تاریخ 22 خرداد 1405، نیروهای وابسته به اداره اطلاعات ایران بدون حکم دادگاه به خانه دو برادر به نام های سردار رحمانی و احسان رحمانی در کامیاران یورش بردند. آن ها خانه را تفتیش کرده، تلفن های همراه شان را ضبط نمودند و به این دو برادر اعلام کردند که به ستاد فرماندهی انتظامی کامیاران مراجعه کنند. گزارش شده است که این دو برادر پس از مراجعه به ستاد فرماندهی انتظامی، از آن زمان به بعد ناپدید شده و هیچ اطلاعاتی از وضعیت آن ها در دست نیست.
طبق همین گزارش، این دو برادر در سال ۲۰۲۵ نیز به دلیل شرکت در جشن های نوروز و استفاده از نمادهای کردی، از سوی اداره اطلاعات ایران احضار شده و چند ساعت تحت بازداشت و بازجویی قرار گرفته بودند.
