On June 14, 2024, in recent days, the trial date for Behrouz Solhshour, a political defendant from and residing in the city of Izeh in Khuzestan Province, was determined. He, along with other defendants in the same case, will be tried on June 29, 30, and July 1, 2024, in Branch 4 of the Ahvaz Revolutionary Court.
It is worth mentioning that Behrouz Solhshour was arrested by security forces in mid-November 2022, in the city of Izeh. After being transferred to the central detention center of the IRGC Intelligence in Ahvaz, he underwent interrogation and was subjected to severe torture and intimidation. Ultimately, he was transferred to Sheiban Prison in Ahvaz. On March 9, 2024, after completing the interrogation process and being charged, he was released on bail amounting to 3 billion tomans.
به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران در ۲۵ خرداد ماه ۱۴۰۳، طی روزهای اخیر، زمان دادرسی به اتهامات بهروز سلحشور، متهم سیاسی، اهل و ساکن شهرستان ایذه از توابع استان خوزستان، مشخص شد. وی با دیگر متحمان هم پرونده در تاریخ های ۹، ۱۰ و ۱۱ تیر ماه ۱۴۰۳، در شعبه ۴دادگاه انقلاب اهواز محاکمه خواهد شد.
لازم به اشاره است، بهروز سلحشور اواسط آبان ماه ۱۴۰۱، توسط نیروهای امنیتی در شهرستان ایذه، دستگیر و پس از انتقال به بازداشتگاه مرکزی اطلاعات سپاه پاسداران در شهر اهواز و طی مراحل بازجویی ها و تفهیم در حالی که تحت شدیدترین شکنجه ها و ارعاب قرار گرفتند و در نهایت به زندان شیبان اهواز منتقل و در تاریخ ۱۹ اسفند ماه ۱۴۰۲، پس از طی مراحل بازجویی ها و تفهیم اتهام، با تودیع قرار وثیقه ای به مبلغ ۳ میلیارد تومان، آزاد شد.
