On Sunday, December 1, 2024, Abdolhay Dashti, a 21-year-old resident of Chabahar in the southern province of Sistan and Baluchestan, was sentenced by the judge of Branch 2 of the Zahedan Revolutionary Court to one year of imprisonment under judicial supervision with an electronic bracelet.
According to the verdict issued by the judge of Branch 2 of the Zahedan Revolutionary Court, Abdolhay Dashti was sentenced to one year of imprisonment under judicial supervision with an electronic bracelet for the charge of "propaganda activities against the regime," taking into account the days of initial detention.
It is noteworthy that Abdolhay Dashti was arrested in February 2024, 18 kilometers from Sardasht in the Sarbaz County, by security forces. He was transferred to the detention center of the Intelligence Office in that county and eventually to the central detention center of the General Directorate of Intelligence of Sistan and Baluchestan Province in Zahedan. به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران به نقل از کمپین فعالین بلوچ، روز یکشنبه ۱۱ آذر ماه ۱۴۰۳، عبدالحی دشتی، ۲۱ ساله، فرزند: محمد اسلام، اهل: سردشت از توابع شهرستان سرباز و ساکن چابهار در جنوب استان سیستان و بلوچستان، توسط قاضی شعبه ۲ دادگاه انقلاب زاهدان، به تحمل ۱ سال حبس تحت نظارت قضایی«پابندالکترونیکی» محکوم شد.
براساس دادنامه صادره توسط قاضی شعبه ۲ دادگاه انقلاب زاهدان، عبدالحی دشتی، از بابت اتهام «فعالیت تبلیغی علیه نظام» با احستاب روزهای بازداشت اولیه به تحمل ۱ سال حبس تعزیری تحت نظارت قضایی«پابند الکترونیکی» محکوم شده است.
لازم به ذکر است، عبدالحی دشتی، در بهمن ماه ۱۴۰۲، در ۱۸ کیلومتری سردشت از توابع شهرستان سرباز، توسط نیروهای امنیتی، دستگیر و پس از انتقال به بازداشتگاه اداره اطلاعات آن شهرستان در نهایت به بازداشتگاه مرکزی اداره کل اطلاعات استان سیستان و بلوچستان در شهر زاهدان، منتقل و پس از طی مراحل بازجویی ها و تفهیم اتهام، حدود ۷ روز بعد به بند ۹ زندان مرکزی زاهدان، منتقل و چندی بعد با قید وثیقه آزاد شد.
به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران، روز چهارشنبه ۳ اردیبهشت ماه ۱۴۰۴، عبدالحی دشتی، پس از اتمام دوران محکومیت حبس تعزیری ۱ ساله تحت نظارت قضایی، آزاد شد.
