On 1 April 2026, Molavi Hamli was detained by security forces while riding a motorcycle on his way back to his residence in the village of Abchagi, located in the vicinity of Nasakand. He was taken to an undisclosed location.
Earlier reports indicated that on 2 April 2026, following the detention of Molavi Hamli, dozens of vehicles belonging to intelligence and military forces stormed the village of Abchagi, completely surrounding it. Local sources reported extensive searches of homes, the detention of at least four individuals, and the disappearance of at least ten young people following this incursion, with no information available regarding their fate.
It was also reported that during this operation, telecommunications in the village were completely disrupted, and entry and exit to the area were heavily controlled. Efforts were made to extract forced confessions from women and girls in the village regarding allegations related to the presence of armed groups.
According to these reports, instances of violent confrontations with residents, including assaults on citizens and even children, were documented, and the security atmosphere in the region remains tense.
مولوی حملی روز چهارشنبه ۱۲ فروردین ماه ۱۴۰۵ در مسیر بازگشت به محل سکونتش در روستای آبچگی، در محدوده نسکند و در حالی که سوار بر موتورسیکلت بوده، توسط نیروهای امنیتی بازداشت و به مکانی نامعلوم منتقل شده است.
در گزارش پیشین اشاره شده بود که یک روز پس از بازداشت مولوی فاروقی، بامداد روز پنج شنبه ۱۳ فروردین ماه ۱۴۰۵، ده ها خودروی متعلق به نیروهای اطلاعاتی و نظامی به روستای آبچگی یورش برده و این روستا را به طور کامل محاصره کرده اند. منابع محلی از تفتیش گسترده منازل، بازداشت دست کم چهار نفر و ناپدید شدن حداقل ده تن از جوانان و نوجوانان پس از این یورش خبر داده اند؛ افرادی که همچنان اطلاعی از سرنوشت آنان در دست نیست.
همچنین گزارش شده بود که در جریان این یورش، ارتباطات مخابراتی در روستا به طور کامل قطع شده، ورود و خروج به منطقه تحت کنترل شدید قرار گرفته و تلاش هایی برای اخذ اعترافات اجباری از زنان و دختران ساکن روستا در خصوص ادعاهای مرتبط با حضور گروه های مسلح صورت گرفته است.
بر اساس این گزارش ها، مواردی از برخوردهای خشونت آمیز با ساکنان، از جمله ضرب وشتم شهروندان و حتی کودکان، نیز ثبت شده و فضای امنیتی در منطقه همچنان ادامه دارد.
