به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران به نقل از حال وش، روز شنبه ۲ دی ماه ۱۴۰۲، آرمین الله زایی، متولد: ۱۳۸۴، فرزند: عبدالناصر، اهل و ساکن شهرستان راسک از توابع استان سیستان و بلوچستان، توسط ماموران امنیتی در آن شهرستان، دستگیر و به برای بازجویی به بازداشتگاه اطلاعات سپاه پاسداران، منتقل شد.
براساس این گزارش، بازداشت آرمین اله زایی، توام با ضرب و شتم بوده و این متهم ۱۸ ساله برای بازجویی به بازداشتداشگاه اطلاعات سپاه پاسداران، منتقل شده است.
لازم به اشاره است، ارمین الله زایی، در تاری ۲۷ آذر ماه ۱۴۰۲ هم توسط نیروهای امنیتی در شهرستان راسک، بازداشت و پس از انتقال به بازداشتگاه اطلاعات سپاه پاسداران در آن شهرستان و طی مراحل بازجویی ها در تاریخ ۳۰ آذر ماه ۱۴۰۲ آزاد شده بود.
با آغاز مراحل دادرسی، ارمین الله زایی، در تاریخ ۲ دیماه ۱۴۰۲، به دادسرا احضار و به همراه پدرش در جلسه بازپرسی رکت کرد و پس از اتمام جلسه بازپرسی هنگامی که در مسیر بازشت به منزل خود بودند توسط ماموران امنیتی، دستگیر و پس از ضرب و شتم، بازداشت شد.
