A new charge has been added to the case of Reza Moslemi at the Revolutionary Court in Hamadan. The hearing for Reza Moslemi, a teachers' union activist, took place on 16 June 2026 at the second branch of the Revolutionary Court in Hamadan, presided over by Judge Torabpour.
According to received information, during this session, the charge of "forming a group" was added to his previous charges. Previously, charges such as "assembly and collusion" and "disturbing public opinion on social media" had been brought against this union activist.

افزوده شدن اتهام جدید به پرونده رضا مسلمی در دادگاه انقلاب همدان
جلسه رسیدگی به پرونده رضا مسلمی، فعال صنفی معلمان، روز سه شنبه ۲۷ خرداد ۱۴۰۵ در شعبه دوم دادگاه انقلاب همدان به ریاست قاضی تراب پور برگزار شد.
بر اساس اطلاعات دریافتی، در جریان این جلسه اتهام «تشکیل گروه» به اتهامات پیشین وی افزوده شده است. پیش تر نیز اتهاماتی از جمله «اجتماع و تبانی» و «تشویش اذهان عمومی در فضای مجازی» در پرونده این فعال صنفی مطرح شده بود.
منابع مطلع می گویند اتهام جدید در حالی به پرونده افزوده شده که تاکنون مستندات روشنی در خصوص این ادعا ارائه نشده است.
