On February 4, 2024, according to the Iranian Teachers' Trade Association, Rouhollah Gereh Gosha, an educator and teachers' union activist residing in Nurabad County of Mamasani, Fars Province, was summoned to Branch 2 of the Revolutionary Court in that county to be informed of the charges against him.
This teachers' union activist from Mamasani faces accusations of assembly and collusion, as well as engaging in propaganda activities against the regime. He is required to appear at Branch 2 of the Mamasani Revolutionary Court at the appointed time to present his final defense.
It is noteworthy that Rouhollah Gereh Gosha was arrested by security forces on December 11, 2023. After undergoing interrogation and being informed of the charges, he was released on bail some time later.

به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران در ۱۵بهمن ماه ۱۴۰۲،به نقل از کانون صنفی معلمان ایران، طی روزهای اخیر، روح اله گره گشا، از فرهنگیان و فعالان صنفی معلمان، ساکن شهرستان نورآباد از توابع ممسنی در استان فارس، برای تفهیم اتهام، به شعبه ۲ دادگاه انقلاب آن شهرستان، احضار شد.
این فعال صنفی فرهنگیان ممسنی، در مضان اتهام اجتماع و تبانی و فعالیت تبلیغی علیه نظام قرار گرفته و باید در زمان تعیین شده جهت ارائه دفاعیات آخر خود به شعبه ۲ دادگاه انقلاب ممسنی، مراجعه کند.
لازم به اشاره است، روح اله گره گشا، در تاریخ۲۰ آذر ماه ۱۴۰۲، توسط نیروهای امنیتی بازداشت و پس از طی مراحل بازجویی ها و تفهیم اتهام، چندی بعد با تودیع قرار وثیقه آزاد شد.
