امین رضایی پدر دو کودک بود؛ پسرش «صدار» دو سال و دخترش «رستا» فقط سه ماه داشتند که پدرشان را ماموران جمهوری اسلامی در اعتراضات به قتل رساندند.
امین رضایی تعمیرکار تجهیزات صنعتی کافه بود. نیروهای جمهوری اسلامی برای تحویل پیکر امین رضایی مبلغ هنگفتی از خانواده اش گرفته اند.
پیکر امین شنبه ۲۰دی به خاک سپرده شد. خانواده او اجازه پیدا نکردند که عزیزشان را داخل شهر به خاک بسپارند. به آن ها اجازه برگزاری مراسم هم ندادند.
