On Thursday, September 14, 2023, Moeid Saedi and Rizan Saedi, residents of Sanandaj, the capital of Kurdistan Province, were arrested by security forces in the city and taken to an undisclosed location.
The arrest of Rizan Saedi and Moeid Saedi followed a raid by security forces on a memorial ceremony held for those who lost their lives in the nationwide protests of 2022, at Behesht Mohammadi in Sanandaj.
These two citizens were taken to an undisclosed location after their arrest, and no information is available about their condition.
Sarina Saedi, born in 2007, from Sanandaj, was severely injured in the head by batons wielded by security forces during the nationwide protests on October 26, 2022. She died from a brain injury one day later in the hospital.
Previously, Hashem Saedi, the father of Sarina Saedi, was arrested by security forces on June 9, 2023, while returning from a memorial ceremony for a group of those who died in the 2022 protests, held at the Aichi Cemetery in Saqqez and Boukan Cemetery. He was taken to a detention center, underwent interrogation and investigation at the prosecutor's office, and was subsequently transferred to Boukan Prison, where he was held in uncertainty. He was released on June 20, 2023, after posting bail of 100 million tomans.
With the commencement of legal proceedings, on July 3, 2023, the Branch 101 of the Criminal Court 2 of Boukan sentenced him to six months and 15 days of imprisonment and 40 lashes for the charge of "disturbing public order."

بازداشت ریزان ساعدی و معید ساعدی، در پی یورش نیروهای امنیتی به مراسم یادبودی که برای جان باختگان اعتراضات سراسری ۱۴۰۱، در بهشت محمدی سنندج برگزار شده بود صورت گرفت.

سارینا ساعدی، متولد: ۱۳۸۶، اهل سنندج، در تاریخ ۴ آبان ماه ١۴٠١، در جریان اعتراضات سراسری، بر اثر ضرب و شتم و وارد آوردن باتوم از سوی نیروهای امنیتی از ناحیه سر به شدت آسیب دید و بر اثر ضربه مغزی یک روز بعد در بیمارستان جان باخت.
پیش از این هم، هاشم ساعدی، پدر سازینا ساعدی، در تاریخ ۱۹ خرداد ماه ۱۴۰۲، هنگام بازگشت از مراسم یادبود جمعی از جان باختگان اعتراضات سراسری ۱۴۰۱ که در آرامستان آیچی شهرستان سقز و آرامستان بوکان، برگزار شده بود، توسط نیروهای امنیتی بازداشت و پس از انتقال به بازداشتگاه و طی مراحل بازجویی و سپس بازپرسی در دادسرا سپس به زندان شهرستان بوکان منتقل و در بلاتکلیفی محبوس شده بود و در تاریخ ۳۰ خرداد ماه ۱۴۰۲، با تودیع وثیقه ای به مبلغ ۱۰۰ میلیون تومان آزاد شد.
با آغاز مراحل دادرسی، در تاریخ۱۲ تیر ماه ۱۴۰۲، توسط شعبه ۱۰۱ دادگاه کیفری ۲ شهرستان بوکان، از بابت اتهام(اخلال در نظم عمومی) به ۶ ماه و ۱۵ روز حبس تعزیری و ۴۰ ضربه شلاق محکوم شد.
