According to HRANA, the Tehran Revolutionary Court has sentenced Sepideh Salarvand, a writer and children's rights activist, to two years in prison, two years of prohibition from leaving the country, and a ban on membership in political and social groups and factions, on charges of assembly and collusion with the intent to commit a crime against the country's security.
HRANA added that based on this verdict, Salarvand has been sentenced to prepare 80 pages of research on the necessity of security in human societies, patriotism, and the condemnation of treason, citing "53 Years of Pahlavi Rule: A Court Narrative," "Nineteen Divine Steps to Peace," "What Everyone Loves But," and "Three Minutes in Doomsday," handwritten and with page numbers. At the end, the judge will verify the execution of the sentences by asking for a copy from Ms. Salarvand.
Sepideh Salarvand, a social researcher and children's rights activist, was arrested on Tuesday night, October 3rd, by security officers. They stormed her house to arrest her.
Salarvand was finally released on Tuesday, October 17, 2022, on bail until the end of the legal proceedings.
Sepideh Salarvand, born in 1991, is a researcher and a graduate of Cultural Studies from the University of Science and Culture. Salarvand started her master's thesis on the ethnography of Afghan child laborers and the result of this research was published in 2019 under the title "As If I Had Gone Mute; An Ethnography of Afghan Child Laborers in Tehran" by Kherad Sorkh Publications.
She has also volunteered for several years at Naser Khosrow Children's House, affiliated with the Children's Rights Support Association, and is a children's rights activist.
In December 2019, in collaboration with the third national symposium of student works in social sciences at the Faculty of Social Sciences of the University of Tehran, Salarvand held a workshop titled "Writing Exercise" focusing on the form of inquiry and various articles of hers have been published in the magazines Hawali, Abadi, and the site Meydan. She has also co-directed the documentary film "Goud" with Aydin Halal Zadeh.
بر اساس گزارش های منتشر شده، دادگاه انقلاب تهران سپیده سالاروند، نویسنده و فعال حقوق کودک را به اتهام اجتماع و تبانی به قصد ارتکاب جرم علیه امنیت کشور به دو سال حبس، دو سال ممنوعیت خروج از کشور و منع عضویت در گروه ها و دسته جات سیاسی اجتماعی محکوم کرده است.
گزارش ها حاکی از آن است که بر اساس این حکم، سالاروند به تهیه ۸۰ صفحه تحقیق پیرامون موضوع ضرورت وجود امنیت در جوامع بشری، علاقه به وطن و مذمت خیانت با اقتباس از چند کتاب مشخص محکوم شده است. در پایان قاضی اجرای احکام با استکتاب نسخه برداری از خانم سالاروند راستی آزمایی خواهد کرد.
سپیده سالاروند شب دوشنبه، یازدهم مهرماه ۱۴۰۱ به دست مأموران امنیتی بازداشت شد. این مأموران برای بازداشت او به خانه اش هجوم بردند.
سالاروند در نهایت روز دوشنبه ۲۵ مهرماه ۱۴۰۱ با تودیع قرار وثیقه به صورت موقت و تا پایان مراحل دادرسی آزاد شد.
سالاروند پژوهشگر اجتماعی و دانش آموخته کارشناسی ارشد مطالعات فرهنگی از دانشگاه علم و فرهنگ است. او مردم نگاری کودکان کارگر افغانستانی را به عنوان پایان نامه کارشناسی ارشد آغاز کرد و حاصل این پژوهش در سال ۱۳۹۸ با نام مشخصی منتشر شد.
او همچنین چندین سال در خانه کودک ناصرخسرو، وابسته به انجمن حمایت از حقوق کودکان، داوطلب بوده و فعال حقوق کودکان است.
سالاروند در دی ماه ۱۳۹۸ با همکاری سومین سمپوزیم کشوری آثار دانشجویی علوم اجتماعی در دانشکده علوم اجتماعی دانشگاه تهران کارگاهی را با عنوان مشخصی برگزار کرده است و مطالب گوناگونی از او در مجلات و سایت های مختلف به چاپ رسیده است. او همچنین فیلم مستند مشخصی را کارگردانی کرده است.
