History:
Three political prisoners from the same family are being held in Lakan Prison in Rasht without clear legal reasons and face the serious charge of "rebellion." They remain in detention and uncertainty. These three political prisoners, Adel Lotfipour (born 1992), Javad Lotfipour (born 1994), and Ghasem Ahmadi (born 1995), have been denied access to a fair trial process since their arrest and, according to informed sources, are under increased security pressure.
