به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران، امروز دوشنبه ۲۶ شهریور ماه ۱۴۰۳، آرش رمضانی، فعال ادبی و رمان نویس، ساکن مشهد مرکز استان خراسان رضوی، پس از طی مراحل بازجویی ها و تامین قرار کیفری تا اتمام مراحل دادرسی آزاد شد.
براساس این گزارش، آزادی آرش رمضانی با تودیع قرار تامین کیفری و تا اتمام مراحل دادرسی صورت گرفته است.
لازم به اشاره است، آرش رمضانی، در تاریخ ۲۴ شهریور ماه ۱۴۰۳، پس از حضور در جلسه بازپرسی و طی مراحل تفهیم اتهام، دستگیر شده بود.
