Ismail Khatari, a Kurdish resident of Shaini village in Kamyaran County and a member of the Shaini Charity Institute, has been arrested by government forces and taken to an undisclosed location. On 23 July 2026, Ismail Khatari, who resides in Paveh County and is originally from Shaini village, was detained during a raid by the Intelligence Department forces at his mother's home in the village. His arrest was carried out without a warrant or judicial order. It is noted that the day after his arrest, another member of the Shaini Charity Institute, named Fouad Shadi, was also detained without a judicial warrant and taken to an unknown location.
اسماعیل خاطری، شهروند کُرد اهل روستای شاینی از توابع شهرستان کامیاران و از اعضای «مؤسسه خیریه شاینی»، توسط نیروهای حکومتی بازداشت و به مکان نامعلومی منتقل شده است.
روز جمعه ۲ مردادماه ۱۴۰۵، اسماعیل خاطری، ساکن شهرستان پاوه و اهل روستای شاینی، در جریان یورش نیروهای اداره اطلاعات به منزل مادرش در این روستا بازداشت شد.
بازداشت وی بدون ارائه حکم یا برگه قضایی انجام شده. لازم به ذکر است که فردای روز دستگیری او یکی دیگر از اعضای موسسه خیریه شاینی بنام فواد شادی نیز بدون حکم قضایی دستگیر و به مکان نامعلومی منتقل شده است.
