این کودک چندی پیش به دلیل نداشتن مدارک هویتی (شناسنامه) که شمار زیادی از شهروندان بلوچ عامدانه و سیستماتیک توسط حکومت مرکزی از این حق اساسی محروم شده اند، توسط نیروهای حکومتی بازداشت و به کشور افغانستان رد مرز شده است. این کودک به منظور بازگشتن به زادگاهش و دیدار با خانواده به داخل مرزهای ایران برگشته که با شلیک مستقیم نیروهای حکومتی کشته شده است. قابل ذکر است که پس از قتل حکومتی این کودک، پیکر وی به بیمارستان زابل منتقل شد، اما مسئولان ابتدا از تحویل جسد به خانواده خودداری کرده و اعلام داشتند که قصد دارند پیکر بی جان او را نیز به آن سوی مرز (افغانستان) منتقل کنند. سرانجام پس از دو روز پیگیری و مراجعات مداوم خانواده، عصر روز یکشنبه ۲۴ خردادماه پیکر این کودک تحویل داده شد و در آرامستان «نَلُوکی چشمه زیارت» زاهدان در کنار مزار پدرش به خاک سپرده شد.

This child had previously been arrested by government forces due to lacking identity documents (a birth certificate)—a basic right that many بلوچ (Baluch) citizens are deliberately and systematically deprived of by the central government—and was deported to Afghanistan.
The child had returned to Iran in order to go back to his hometown and reunite with his family, but was killed by direct gunfire from government forces.
It is worth noting that following the killing, his body was transferred to Zabol Hospital. However, authorities initially refused to hand over the body to the family and stated that they intended to transfer it across the border to Afghanistan. Ultimately, after two days of follow-up and repeated efforts by the family, the child’s body was handed over on the evening of Sunday, 24 Khordad, and he was laid to rest in the “Naluki Cheshmeh Ziarat” cemetery in Zahedan, beside his father’s grave.
