سالار جاف زاده ۱۳۱۹ در کلار کردستان عراق، نماینده دوره بیست و چهارم مجلس شورای ملی از حوزه انتخابیه پاوه و اورامانات از استان کرمانشاه بود. گزارش شده است که وی سه هفته پس از پیروزی انقلاب به عنوان «مفسد فی الارض» تشخیص داده شد و در ۱۴ اسفند ۱۳۵۷ در زندان قصر تهران اعدام گردید.
Salar Jaf, born in 1940 in Kalar, Iraqi Kurdistan, served as a representative for the 24th term of the National Consultative Assembly, representing the Paveh and Uramanat electoral district in Kermanshah Province. It has been reported that three weeks after the victory of the revolution, he was identified as "corrupt on earth" and was executed on 5 March 1979 in Qasr Prison, Tehran.
