به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران به نقل از حال وش، روز سه شنبه ٢۵ مهر ماه ۱۴۰۲، میثم ریگی، متولد: ۱۳۷۸، فرزند: بهالدین، اهل زاهدان مرکز استان سیستان و بلوچستان، توسط نیروهای امنیتی، دستگیر و به مکان نامعلومی منتقل شد.
بازداشت میثم ریگی هنگامی صورت گرفت که وی در حال تردد در خیابان بود و پس از آن برای بازجویی و تشکیل پرونده به بازداشتگاه یکی از نهادهای امنیتی زاهدان، منتقل شده است.
