بر اساس گزارش ها، پدر و پدربزرگ مانی هداوند، کودک جان باخته در اعتراضات اخیر در دورود، توسط نیروهای حکومتی بازداشت شده اند. گزارش شده است که در تاریخ 30 بهمن 1404، نیروهای حکومتی به منزل محسن هداوند، پدر مانی هداوند، وارد شده و او را به همراه ناصر هداوند، پدربزرگ مانی، بازداشت و به زندان مرکزی این شهر منتقل کرده اند. این بازداشت هم زمان با برگزاری مراسم چهلم جان باختن مانی هداوند صورت گرفته است.

Reports indicate that the father and grandfather of Mani Hadavand, a child who died during recent protests in Dorud, have been arrested by government forces. It has been reported that on 19 February 2026, government forces entered the home of Mohsen Hadavand, Mani Hadavand's father, and arrested him along with Naser Hadavand, Mani's grandfather. They were transferred to the central prison of the city. The arrests coincided with the fortieth-day memorial ceremony for Mani Hadavand.
