بازداشت با توسل بە خشونت یک بلاگر کُرد در تهران
امیر امینی شهروند کُرد اهل سقز و ساکن پاکدشت تهرانبلاگر و باطریساز به دلیل انتشار جنایات رژیم در اعتراضات سراسری ۱۸ دیماه ۱۴۰۴با یورش نیروهای امنیتی به منزل شخصی وی بازداشت و تحت شکنجه های طاقت فرسا قرار گرفته است.
پس از تفتیش منزلبا تهدید پدر پیر را ناچار به امضایبرگه ی میکنندکه در آن برگه قید شده"امیر امینی سلاح گرم و فشنگ جنگی"همراه داشته و در فضای مجازی " تبلیغ علیه نظام و تشویش اذهان عمومی"فعالیت داشتهدر حالی که هیچگونه سلاحی از نامبرده کشف و ظبط نشده.
لازم به ذکر است:امیر امینی پیشتر و در جریان انقلاب ژینادو بار توسط اداره اطلاعات احضارتهدید به بازداشت و وادار به امضای تعهد نامه کتبی شده بود.

Arrest of a Kurdish Blogger in Tehran with Use of Violence
Amir Amini, a Kurdish citizen from Saqqez and a resident of Pakdasht, Tehran, a blogger and battery maker, was arrested on January 8, 2026, after security forces raided his personal residence due to his publication of the regime's crimes during nationwide protests. He has been subjected to severe torture.
After searching the house, his elderly father was forced to sign a document under threat, which stated that "Amir Amini possessed firearms and war ammunition" and was active in "propaganda against the regime and disturbing public opinion" on social media, although no weapons were found or confiscated from him.
It is worth mentioning that Amir Amini had previously been summoned twice by the Intelligence Department during the Jina Revolution, threatened with arrest, and forced to sign a written commitment.
