History:
A defense attorney, he was summoned to Branch 7 of the Criminal Enforcement Department of the Arak Revolutionary Court to continue serving his prison sentence.
A junior lawyer at a court, was sentenced by Branch 103 of the Khavaran District General Court to undergo a health and work psychology assessment course, treatment of injuries, and participation in courses to familiarize himself with the disciplinary violations of lawyers for six months, in lieu of imprisonment.
He was summoned to the Seventh Branch of the Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor's Office of Arak City upon receiving a notice to execute a prison sentence.
On Tuesday, 26th Farvardin 1404 (15th April 2025), Mr Behnam Nezadi, a lawyer, he was released from Evin prison upon completion of his sentence.
On Saturday, 11th Espand 1403 (March 1, 2025) Mr Behnam Nazadi, an attorney was arrested and sent to prison to serve his sentence.
A lawyer, he was summoned to the Seventh Branch of the Criminal Execution Division of the Arak Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor's Office to serve his sentence. He has been sentenced to four months of imprisonment.
The sentence of Mr Behnam Nazadi, of the lawyer, was changed by Branch 9 of the Central Province Court of Appeal to four months in prison and one year of disqualification from practicing law. This member of the Central Bar Association had previously been sentenced to one year in prison and two years of disqualification from practicing law by the Arak Revolutionary Court in the first instance.
A basic lawyer of a court and a member of the Central Bar Association, was sentenced by the second branch of the Revolutionary Court of Arak to one year of imprisonment and two years of disqualification from practicing law.
