Ali Abdollahi Asl passed away on the evening of 9 January 2026 in Tehran's Tehransar area due to a gunshot wound. Reports indicate that a bullet was fired at him from the front, hitting his lung and exiting through his back. He was transported by the public to several hospitals for treatment, but it was reported that three medical centres refused to admit him. Ultimately, he succumbed to severe bleeding at the last hospital.
His body was transferred from the morgue to Kahrizak on 10 January 2026 and was buried in Behesht-e Zahra, Tehran, on 12 January 2026. Reports suggest that, due to his status as the child of a martyr, his body was released upon providing a guarantee. It was also mentioned that the funeral ceremony was permitted only with the commitment to the presence of immediate family members.
علی عبداللهی اصل در شامگاه 19 دی 1404 در تهرانسر تهران با اصابت گلوله جنگی جان باخته است. گزارش ها حاکی از آن است که یک گلوله از روبه رو به او شلیک شده و پس از اصابت به ریه از پشت بدنش خارج شده است. مردم او را برای مداوا به چند بیمارستان منتقل کرده اند، اما گفته شده که سه مرکز درمانی از پذیرش او خودداری کرده اند و او در نهایت در آخرین بیمارستان بر اثر خونریزی شدید جان باخته است.
پیکر او در تاریخ 20 دی از سردخانه به کهریزک منتقل شده و در 22 دی در بهشت زهرا تهران به خاک سپرده شده است. گزارش ها نشان می دهند که به دلیل فرزند شهید بودن، پیکر او با اخذ ضمانت تحویل داده شده است. همچنین گفته شده که برگزاری مراسم تنها با تعهد به حضور اقوام درجه یک امکان پذیر بوده است.
