Mehsa Mogoi, born on July 16, 2003, was a taekwondo and physical fitness champion who was shot dead by the security forces of the Islamic Regime during the 2022 uprising in Iran on September 22. The government of the Islamic Republic claims that he was not present during the rally and that the shooting was done by unknown people with shotguns. He had many medals in Taekwondo and was the owner of a black belt in this sport.
The 40th Mehsa Mogoi ceremony was held on November 3, 2022 in Fouladshahr, and a large group of protesters marched after the ceremony and chanted the slogan "Death to Khamenei". A group of protesters shout the slogan "Tomaj Salehi should be freed". Many girls and women attended this march without the mandatory hijab.
مهسا موگویی متولد ۲۵ تیر ۱۳۸۲ قهرمان تکواندو و آمادگی جسمانی بود که در جریان خیزش ۱۴۰۱ ایران در تاریخ ۳۱ شهریور ۱۴۰۱ به ضرب گلوله نیروهای امنیتی جمهوری اسلامی کشته شد. حکومت جمهوری اسلامی مدعی است او در جریان تجمع حضور نداشته است و تیراندازی توسط افراد ناشناس با سلاح ساچمه ای انجام شده است. وی مدال های متعددی در تکواندو داشت و صاحب کمربند مشکی این رشته ورزشی بود.
مراسم چهلم مهسا موگویی ۱۲ آبان ۱۴۰۱ در فولادشهر برگزار شد و گروه زیادی از معترضان بعد از مراسم دست به راهپیمایی زدند و شعار «مرگ بر خامنه ای» سر دادند. جمعی از معترضان هم شعار «توماج صالحی آزاد باید گردد» را فریاد می زنند. دختران و زنان بسیاری بدون حجاب اجباری در این راهپیمایی حضور داشتند.
