Saman Ghaderpour Darvish

According to documents received by the Iran Kurdistan Human Rights Center, the General Directorate of Forensic Medicine of Tehran Province and the Behesht Zahra Organization, on behalf of the Tehran Municipality, have issued a burial permit for "Saman Ghaderpour Darvish", son of Abdulwahid, resident of Tehran and from the town of Ashnawiyeh. The cause of this protester's death in the certificate is stated as "to be determined later".
Saman Qaderpour Darvish, known as "Saman Kurde", was arrested on Sunday, October 31, 2022, during protests in Tehran and lost his life due to torture by security agents in one of Tehran's detention centers.
An informed source told Chawnews reporter: On Monday, November 1, a security agency informed Mr. Qaderpour's family by phone to go to Tehran to identify their son, who had died of a heart attack, and Saman's uncle identified his body after going to the Behesht Zahra morgue.
A source who attended the funeral of this citizen in Ashnawiyeh and was able to closely observe the body of Saman Qaderpour confirmed that the signs of beating and torture were clearly visible all over his face and body.
The body of this victim was buried in Ashnawiyeh on Thursday, November 3, under severe security measures and threats to his family not to publicize the event.
