According to the Campaign of Baluch Activists, on Sunday, June 4, 2023, Hossein Hot, son of Karim and a resident of Iranshahr, was released from prison under judicial supervision with an electronic ankle monitor after undergoing interrogation, being charged, and having a criminal order issued against him.
The report states that Hossein Hot's release was secured by posting a bail of 3 billion rials and one person acting as a guarantor. His judicial supervision will last for six months from the moment of his release.
It is noted that Hossein Hot was arrested by security forces in Iranshahr, Sistan and Baluchestan Province, on November 11, 2022, during nationwide protests. After being transferred to a detention center of one of the security agencies and undergoing interrogation, he was charged with offenses related to the possession and sale of weapons and participation in the nationwide protests of 2022.

به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران به نقل از کمپین فعالین بلوچ، یکشنبه 14 خرداد 1402، حسین هوت، فرزند کریم، ساکن ایرانشهر، پس از طی مراحل بازجویی، تفهیم اتهام و صدور قرار مجرمیت، با نصب پابند الکترونیکی تحت نظارت قضایی از زندان آزاد شد.
براساس این گزارش، آزادی حسین هویت با تودیع قرار وثیقه ای به مبلغ ۳۰۰ میلیون تومان و ۱ نفر بعنوان کفیل، پس از نصب پابند الکترونیکی صورت گرفته و قرار نظارت قضایی وی از لحظه آزادی تا ۶ ماه خواهد بود.
لازم به اشاره است، حسین هوت در تاریخ ۲۰ آبان ماه ۱۴۰۱، توسط نیروهای امنیتی شهرستان ایرانشهر از توابع استان سیستان و بلوچستان، در جریان اعتراضات سراسری، بازداشت و پس از انتقال به بازداشتگاه یکی از ارگانهای امنیتی و طی مراحل بازجویی با اتهاماتی مرتبط با (فروش و نگهداری اسلحه) و (شرکت در اعتراضات سراسری ۱۴۰۱) تفهیم اتهام شد.
