According to eyewitnesses, a large number of security force vehicles completely surrounded Amin Naseri while he was on the roadside. Officers reportedly shot him in the back of the leg and lower back, and after he was injured, they proceeded to arrest him.
Amin Naseri had previously been detained and was wanted by security agencies in connection with the protests of January 2026.
