On 31 January 2016, it was announced that an individual, along with other political prisoners, was transferred from Karun Prison in Ahvaz to Sheiban Prison.
In September 2014, the First Branch of the Revolutionary Court in Ahvaz, presided over by Judge Farhadvand, sentenced defendants in a case to imprisonment. According to received information, the defendants, named Jassem Sawaedi, Hassan Abiat, Khaled Obeidavi, Eidan Shakhi (Beit Sayah), Jalil Naami, and Reza Obeidavi (Reza Anidzadeh), were sentenced to five years for assembly and collusion with the intent to act against national security through membership in illegal groups, and one year for propaganda against the regime through participation in street demonstrations.
In May 2014, a report indicated that the First Branch of the Revolutionary Court in Ahvaz, under Judge Farhadvand, sentenced one defendant to execution and other defendants to prison terms ranging from seven to 20 years. These individuals were convicted on a series of charges, with the primary charge appearing to be moharebeh. According to the report, Eidan Sheikhi was sentenced to seven years in prison.
In April 2013, during a court session, charges were presented to Eidan Shakhi (Beit Sayah), Hassan Abiat, Khaled Obeidavi, Jassem Saedi, and Reza Obeidavi. The defendants were informed that the court would issue its verdict. Approximately one year later, the verdict for these defendants was issued by Judge Farhadvand.

11 بهمن 1394 اعلام شد که فردی به همراه سایر زندانیان سیاسی از زندان کارون اهواز به زندان شیبان منتقل شده است.
شهریور 1393 شعبه اول دادگاه انقلاب اهواز به ریاست قاضی فرهادوند متهمان پرونده ای را به زندان محکوم کرد. اطلاعات دریافتی نشان می دهد که متهمان به نام های جاسم سواعدی، حسن عبیات، خالد عبیداوی، عیدان شاخی (بیت سیاح)، جلیل نعامی و رضا عبیداوی (رضا عنید زاده) به اتهام اجتماع و تبانی به قصد اقدام علیه امنیت کشور از طریق عضویت در گروه های غیرقانونی به پنج سال و به اتهام تبلیغ علیه نظام از طریق شرکت در تظاهرات خیابانی به یک سال حبس محکوم شده اند.
اردیبهشت 1393 گزارشی منتشر شد که نشان می دهد شعبه اول دادگاه انقلاب اهواز به ریاست قاضی فرهادوند، یک متهم را به اعدام و سایر متهمان را به احکام هفت تا ۲۰ سال زندان محکوم کرده است. این افراد بابت مجموعه ای از اتهامات محکوم شده اند و به نظر می رسد اتهام اصلی آن ها محاربه باشد. بر اساس این گزارش، عیدان شیخی به هفت سال زندان محکوم شده است.
فروردین 1392 در جلسه دادگاه، اتهامات به عیدان شاخی (بیت سیاح)، حسن عبیات، خالد عبیداوی، جاسم ساعدی و رضا عبیداوی تفهیم شد و به متهمان اعلام شد که دادگاه حکم خود را صادر خواهد کرد. در نهایت حدود یک سال بعد حکم این متهمان توسط قاضی فرهادوند صادر شد.
