Mohammad Hossein Hosseini Izadi, a student and activist at Hashtroodi High School in Tehran, and a supporter of the People's Mojahedin Organization of Iran, was executed in the autumn of 1981. He was arrested in Tehran in October 1981 and transferred to Evin Prison. Details of his arrest are not available.
There is no information regarding the holding of a court session, formal charges, alleged evidence, or his defence. Less than two months after his arrest, he was executed by firing squad on 24 November 1981 in Evin Prison. Prison officials delivered his will to his family twenty days after the execution. His sister, Zahra Hosseini Izadi, was arrested at the same time and died under torture in Evin Prison in December 1981.
The name of Mohammad Hossein Hosseini Izadi is listed among the 12,028 individuals who died in the 1980s, as published in the appendix of issue number 261 of the Mojahedin publication in 1985 and on the official website of the People's Mojahedin Organization.
محمدحسین حسینی ایزدی، دانش آموز، فعال در انجمن دبیرستان هشترودی تهران و از هواداران «سازمان مجاهدین خلق ایران» بود که در پاییز ۱۳۶۰ اعدام شد.
وی در مهرماه ۱۳۶۰ در تهران بازداشت و به زندان اوین منتقل شد. از جزئیات دستگیری او اطلاعاتی در دست نیست.
هیچ گونه اطلاعاتی درباره برگزاری جلسه دادگاه، اتهامات رسمی، مدارک ادعایی یا دفاعیات او وجود ندارد.
وی کمتر از دو ماه پس از بازداشت، در تاریخ ۳ آذر ۱۳۶۰ در زندان اوین تیرباران شد. مسئولان زندان، وصیت نامه او را بیست روز پس از اعدام به خانواده اش تحویل دادند.
خواهر او، زهرا حسینی ایزدی نیز هم زمان با او دستگیر شده بود که در آذرماه ۱۳۶۰ زیر شکنجه در زندان اوین جان سپرد.
نام محمدحسین حسینی ایزدی در فهرست ۱۲۰۲۸ نفره جان-باختگان دهه ۶۰ (منتشر شده در ضمیمه شماره ۲۶۱ نشریه مجاهد در سال ۱۳۶۴) و سایت رسمی سازمان مجاهدین خلق ثبت شده است.
