Mohammadreza Saberi, 47, was injured on the evening of January 9 when he was shot three times in the side and abdomen in Isfahan. He was transferred to the hospital but succumbed to his injuries. When Mohammadreza's relatives went to Baghe Rezvan on January 14 to identify and collect his body, they found that a resuscitation tube and IV were still attached to him.
This citizen was shot on Barazandeh Street in Isfahan and died after being transferred to Gharazi Hospital, but his body was not handed over to his family.
Mohammadreza's family searched for his body for several days. Eventually, they received a call from his own mobile phone, instructing them to go to Baghe Rezvan for identification.
To retrieve the body, the family was charged one billion tomans for the three bullets that were fired at him, and they were not even allowed to hold a mourning ceremony.
Mohammadreza was buried under tight security at Baghe Rezvan in Isfahan, with relatives barred from attending the ceremony. His family remains under security pressure and is not permitted to hold a memorial service on the fortieth day.

خانواده محمدرضا چند روز دنبال پیکر او گشتند. در نهایت از موبایل خودش با خانواده تماس گرفتند گفتند برای شناسایی او به باغ رضوان مراجعه کنید.
برای تحویل پیکر یک میلیارد تومان در ازای سه گلوله ای که به او شلیک کردند از خانواده اش پول گرفتند و حتی اجازه عزاداری به نزدیکانش را ندادند.
محمدرضا تحت شرایط امنیتی شدید و در شرایطی در باغ رضوان اصفهان به خاک سپرده شد که اقوام اجازه حضور در مراسم را نداشتند. خانواده او هنوز تحت فشار امنیتی هستند و اجازه برگزاری مراسم چهلم ندارند.
محمدرضا دختری ۱۸ ساله داشت و شغلش ساخت و فروش مبل بود.
