On Wednesday, February 21, 2024, Hamid Pourvali, the son of Aziz and a civil rights activist from Azerbaijan residing in Tabriz, the capital of East Azerbaijan Province, was summoned to Branch 15 of the Revolutionary Court in Tabriz upon receiving a written notice.

براساس ابلاغیه صادره توسط سیدعلی موسوی اقدم ـ بازپرس شعبه ۱۵ دادسرای عمومی و انقلاب تبریز، در تاریخ ۲ اسفندماه ۱۴۰۲، که از طریق سامانه ثنا ابلاغ الکترونیک قوه قضائیه برای حمید پورولی ارسال شده این فعال ملی مدنی آذربایجان ، باید ظرف مدت ۵ روز، جهت اخذ توضیح به همراه یک نفر بعنوان وکیل مدافع، به آن شعبه بازپرسی مراجعه کند.

لازم به اشاره است، حمید پورولی، در تاریخ ۲۵ تیرماه ۱۴۰۱، در جریان تجمعی که در اعتراض به خشک شدن دریاچه ارومیه برگزار شده بود، توسط نیروهای امنیتی در شهر تبریز، بازداشت و پس از انتقال به بازداشتگاه اداره کل اطلاعات استان آذربایجان شرقی و طی مراحل بازجویی ها و تفهیم اتهام به زندان مرکزی تبریز، منتقل و در تاریخ ۲۸ تیر ماه ۱۴۰۱، با تودیع قرار وثیقه آزاد شد.
