It has been reported that Sajad Soleimani, a man who participated in nationwide protests at Aryashahr Square in Tehran, was killed on 8 January 2026. Sajad Soleimani was born in Khordad 1363 and was 41 ساله. He was married, the father of a five-year-old daughter, and owned a furniture workshop.
On the night of the protests, he went out to the street and was shot twice during the shootings. One bullet hit his thigh, and the other struck his right kidney. Following the incident, he was taken to Ibn Sina Hospital in Tehran with the help of bystanders.
Reports indicate that after being transferred to the hospital, nurses and doctors began his treatment. However, after an attack by officers on the hospital, it was announced that Sajad Soleimani had passed away. His family was able to receive his body without incurring any costs, but it was agreed that the burial would be conducted quietly and without ceremony.
Sajad Soleimani was striving for a brighter future for his child, but he is no longer with his family.

در شب اعتراضات، او به خیابان آمد و در جریان تیراندازی ها دو گلوله دریافت کرد. یکی از گلوله ها به ران پا و دیگری به کلیه سمت راست او اصابت کرد. پس از این حادثه، او با کمک مردم به بیمارستان ابن سینا تهران منتقل شد.
گزارش شده است که پس از انتقال به بیمارستان، پرستاران و پزشکان درمان او را آغاز کردند. اما پس از حمله ماموران به بیمارستان، اعلام شد که سجاد سلیمانی فوت کرده است. خانواده او توانستند پیکر او را بدون پرداخت هزینه تحویل بگیرند، اما تعهد داده شد که خاکسپاری بدون مراسم و سر و صدا برگزار شود.
سجاد سلیمانی برای آینده روشن تر فرزندش تلاش می کرد، اما اکنون در کنار خانواده اش نیست.
