Arsalan Ahmadi Rik Abadi Media; Three years after the abduction and enforced disappearance of "Osman Mame," a Kurdish citizen from Bukan and one of those arrested during the nationwide protests of 2022, no government body has accepted responsibility for this crime. His family continues to suffer in the absence of any answers or indications about his fate.
Osman Mame, born in 1968, father of two and resident of Bukan, was abducted by security forces on the evening of Friday, November 18, 2022, while returning home. Since that date, his family has received no contact, documents, or information regarding his situation. The Mame family has repeatedly pursued inquiries but has not received a definitive response from responsible authorities.
Ardalan Mame, Osman's son, mentioned that the last response from security and judicial authorities was that "the case belongs to the Ministry of Intelligence." However, the Ministry of Intelligence has not provided any explanation or report about the investigation process or the fate of Osman Mame. This institutional silence has left the family in a state of anxiety and uncertainty.
Osman's wife, 54-year-old Shahin Abdulghaderi, was targeted with nearly 300 pellet bullets from behind during the nationwide protests on September 29, 2022, and continues to suffer from the physical and psychological effects of that injury. Ardalan Mame was also targeted with more than 20 pellet bullets during the same period, and due to delays in accessing treatment, the consequences of these injuries continue to affect his health.
Following threats, summonses, and pressures from security agencies, members of Osman Mame's family were forced to leave Iran. However, the psychological, security, and social repercussions of these pressures still cast a shadow over their lives, preventing a return to normalcy.
It is noteworthy that Osman Mame, until shortly before his abduction, was working as a laborer at a poultry farm in the city of Dukan, located in the Kurdistan region. The lack of any official explanation regarding the time, place, or reason for his detention has further heightened the concerns of his family and the local community.

عثمان مامه، متولد ۱۳۴۷، پدر دو فرزند و ساکن بوکان، شامگاه جمعه ۲۷ آبان ماه ۱۴۰۱ هنگام بازگشت به منزل توسط نیروهای امنیتی ربوده شد و از آن تاریخ تاکنون هیچ تماس، سند یا اطلاعی از وضعیت او در دست خانواده قرار نگرفته است. خانوادهٔ مامه بارها پیگیری کرده اند اما پاسخی قاطع از سوی نهادهای مسئول دریافت نکرده اند.
اردلان مامه، فرزند عثمان، می گوید آخرین پاسخ نهادهای امنیتی و قضایی این بوده که «پرونده متعلق به وزارت اطلاعات است»، اما وزارت اطلاعات نیز تاکنون هیچ توضیح یا گزارشی دربارهٔ روند پیگیری و سرنوشت عثمان مامه ارائه نکرده است. این سکوت نهادی، خانواده را در فضای اضطراب و بی اطمینانی نگه داشته است.
همسر عثمان، شهین عبدالقادری ۵۴ ساله ، در جریان اعتراضات سراسری در تاریخ ۷ مهر ۱۴۰۱ از پشت سر هدفِ نزدیک به ۳۰۰ گلولهٔ ساچمه ای قرار گرفت و تا امروز از آثار جسمی و روانی آن آسیب رنج می برد. اردلان مامه نیز در همان دوره با بیش از ۲۰ گلولهٔ ساچمه ای هدف قرار گرفت و به دلیل تأخیر در دسترسی به درمان، پیامدهای این جراحات همچنان بر وضعیت سلامتی او تأثیرگذار است.
به دنبال تهدیدها، احضارها و فشارهای نهادهای امنیتی، اعضای خانوادهٔ عثمان مامه مجبور به ترک ایران شدند؛ با این حال تبعات روانی، امنیتی و اجتماعی آن فشارها هنوز بر زندگی آن ها سایه افکنده و مانع از بازگشت به روند عادی زندگی شده است.
قابل ذکر است که عثمان مامه تا اندکی پیش از ربایش، در یک کارگاه پرورش مرغ در شهر دوکان واقع در اقلیم کوردستان به عنوان کارگر مشغول به کار بوده است. فقدان هرگونه شرحِ رسمی دربارهٔ زمان، مکان یا علت نگهداری وی، خانواده و جامعهٔ محلی را بیش از پیش نگران کرده است.
