Reports indicate that on the evening of 7 June 2025, Saman Mirdoraghi, an athlete from Andimeshk, passed away in the detention centre of the Andimeshk Intelligence Office in Khuzestan Province. It is reported that he was subjected to severe torture following his arrest, which led to his death. Signs of torture and bruising were observed on his body, and security agencies handed over the body to the family on the condition that no photos would be published.
It is said that Hassan Sepahvand, the prosecutor of Andimeshk, played a role in the arrest and case fabrication. It has also been reported that the night before his death, he was subjected to severe torture, which included the use of electric shocks and whips.
Saman Mirdoraghi was arrested on the evening of 2 June 2025 when security forces raided his shop and transferred him to an unknown location. Several other individuals were also arrested in connection with this incident. He was accused of firing 16 bullets at the house of Mehran Amirpour, the head of the Hosseinieh Andimeshk station, although CCTV footage showed that he was at his workplace at the time.
During the six days of detention, his family received no information about his condition and were denied access to a lawyer or visitation. Saman Mirdoraghi was buried on 10 June 2025 under strict security measures, with only limited family and close friends present, at Behesht Zahra in Andimeshk.
It has been reported that security agencies only handed over his body after obtaining a written commitment from the family not to publicise the matter. The burial ceremony was conducted in a limited manner and under strict security measures. Intelligence forces prevented the family from approaching the body, conducted the washing and shrouding themselves, and prohibited any photography or filming.
بر اساس گزارش ها، شامگاه ۱۸ خرداد ۱۴۰۴، سامان میردورقی، ورزشکار اهل اندیمشک، در بازداشتگاه اداره آگاهی اندیمشک در استان خوزستان جان باخت. گزارش ها حاکی از آن است که وی پس از بازداشت تحت شکنجه های شدید قرار گرفته و در پی آن جان باخته است. آثار شکنجه و کبودی بر پیکر وی مشاهده شده و نهادهای امنیتی به شرط عدم انتشار عکس از پیکر، آن را به خانواده تحویل داده اند.
گفته می شود که حسن سپهوند، دادستان اندیمشک، در روند بازداشت و پرونده سازی نقش داشته است. همچنین گزارش شده که شب پیش از مرگ، وی تحت شکنجه شدید قرار گرفته و این شکنجه ها با استفاده از شوکر و شلاق انجام شده است.
سامان میردورقی شامگاه ۱۲ خرداد با یورش ماموران امنیتی به مغازه اش بازداشت و به مکان نامعلومی منتقل شده بود. در این ارتباط چندین نفر دیگر نیز بازداشت شده اند. وی به شلیک ۱۶ گلوله به سوی منزل مهران امیرپور، رئیس پاسگاه حسینیه اندیمشک، متهم شده بود، در حالی که تصاویر دوربین مداربسته نشان می دهد وی در همان زمان در محل کار خود حضور داشته است.
در مدت شش روز بازداشت، خانواده وی هیچ اطلاعی از وضعیت او دریافت نکردند و از دسترسی به وکیل یا ملاقات با وی محروم شدند. سامان میردورقی روز ۲۰ خرداد، تحت تدابیر شدید امنیتی و با حضور محدود خانواده و نزدیکان، در بهشت زهرای اندیمشک به خاک سپرده شد.
گزارش شده که نهادهای امنیتی تنها پس از اخذ تعهد کتبی از خانواده مبنی بر عدم رسانه ای کردن موضوع، پیکر وی را تحویل داده اند. مراسم تدفین نیز به صورت محدود و تحت تدابیر شدید امنیتی برگزار شده است. نیروهای اطلاعات با ممانعت از نزدیک شدن خانواده به پیکر، خود اقدام به غسل و کفن نمودند و از ثبت هرگونه تصویر یا فیلمبرداری جلوگیری به عمل آمده است.
