On 8 January 2026, it was reported that Hassan Nouri was fatally shot in the head by Islamic Republic forces during public protests at the "Vakil Agha Intersection" in Kermanshah.
It was also reported that his body was handed over to his family in exchange for a sum of money, and his burial ceremony took place at the "Bagh Ferdows" cemetery in Kermanshah.
Hassan Nouri was a shopkeeper in Kermanshah, where he owned a store. Reports indicate that his family faced security pressures during the process of retrieving his body and organising the ceremony.
در تاریخ 18 دی 1404، گزارش شده است که حسن نوری در جریان اعتراضات مردمی در محدوده «چهارراه وکیل آقا» کرمانشاه با شلیک مستقیم گلوله جنگی از سوی نیروهای جمهوری اسلامی از ناحیه سر هدف قرار گرفت و جان باخت.
همچنین اعلام شده است که پیکر این شهروند در ازای دریافت مبلغی به خانواده اش تحویل داده شد و مراسم خاک سپاری او در آرامستان «باغ فردوس» کرمانشاه برگزار شد.
حسن نوری از کسبه شهر کرمانشاه بود و در این شهر مغازه داشت. گزارش ها حاکی از آن است که خانواده او در روند تحویل پیکر و برگزاری مراسم با فشارهای امنیتی مواجه شدند.
