سپهر مقصودی در تاریخ ۲۵ آبان ۱۴۰۱ در ایذه با شلیک گلوله به پیشانی کشته شد. او ۱۴ سال داشت و متولد ۵ تیر ۱۳۸۷ بود. سپهر اهل و ساکن ایذه و دانش آموز کلاس سوم راهنمایی بود. او به مکانیکی و کارهای فنی علاقه داشت و هرگاه چیزی در خانه خراب می شد، آن را تعمیر می کرد. برنامه ریزی شده بود که پس از پایان دوره راهنمایی، تحصیلات خود را در رشته برق ادامه دهد.
