مرتضی زمانی و مهدی رنجبر، از بازداشت شدگان اعتراضات دی ماه 1404 که یک پرونده قضایی مشترک دارند، بیش از پنج ماه است که به صورت بلاتکلیف در زندان شاهرود نگهداری می شوند. علت بازداشت این افراد تخریب و آتش زدن اموال عمومی عنوان شده است. این افراد در تاریخ 18 دی 1404، در جریان اعتراضات سراسری در خیابان ایستگاه شهر شاهرود بازداشت و سپس به زندان این شهرستان منتقل شدند.
Morteza Zamani and Mehdi Ranjbar, who were detained during the protests in January 2026 and share a joint legal case, have been held without resolution in Shahroud Prison for over five months. The reason for their arrest has been cited as the destruction and burning of public property. They were apprehended on 8 January 2026 during nationwide protests on Station Street in the city of Shahroud and subsequently transferred to the local prison.
