Around midday on a Monday, an individual named Mr. Bamari was returning to his private residence on the Kahnuj to Faryab route when he was pursued by emergency unit forces without any legal justification or prior warning. The military forces initially stopped his vehicle using a spike strip and then immediately fired at him from close range.
According to informed sources, this Baluch citizen died instantly due to a direct gunshot wound to the head and the severity of the injuries sustained.

به گفته منابع آگاه، این شهروند بلوچ بر اثر اصابت مستقیم گلوله به ناحیه سر و شدت جراحات وارده، در دم جان خود را از دست داد.
تا زمان تنظیم این گزارش، مقامات نظامی و دادستانی منطقه هیچ گونه توضیحی در خصوص علت تعقیب، دلایل شلیک بی ضابطه و انگیزه نیروهای یگان امداد ارائه نکرده اند.
