به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران، روز پنجشنبه ۲۳ شهریور ماه ۱۴۰۲، فرشاد رنگیان، ساکن شهرستان دهدشت از توابع استان کهگیلویه و بویراحمد، توسط ماموران اطلاعات سپاه پاسداران، در آن شهرستان، بازداشت و به مکان نامعلومی منتقل شد.
به نقل از یک منبع مطلع در گفتگو با گزارشگر حقوق بشر در ایران:”آقای رنگیان، هنگامی که در خیابان شهرستان دهدشت در حال تردد بود توسط ماموران اطلاعات سپاه توام با ضرب و شتم، بازداشت شد.”
