Reports indicate that in early Khordad 1403 in the Iranian calendar, an interrogation and indictment session for Heyman Khastan, a resident of Sanandaj, was held at Branch 2 of the Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor's Office in the city. Heyman Khastan presented his defence regarding charges of "membership in opposition groups" and "propaganda against the regime."
This individual had been summoned to Branch 2 of the Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor's Office in Sanandaj with a written notice to present his defence on 29 Ordibehesht 1403.
Heyman Khastan was arrested by security forces in Sanandaj on 10 Mehr 1401. After being transferred to a detention centre and undergoing interrogation, he was moved to Sanandaj Central Prison. He was released on bail on 4 Aban 1401.
In the continuation of the legal proceedings, Heyman Khastan was tried on 28 Mehr 1402 on "political" charges and sentenced to 74 months and 3 days of imprisonment. In his second legal case, he was sentenced to 3 years, 6 months, and 1 day of imprisonment for "acting against national security," 1 month and 3 days for "insulting the founder of the Islamic Republic," and 1 year, 5 months, and 1 day for "forming a group with the intent to disrupt national security."
After the completion of the legal proceedings and the confirmation of the verdict by the Kurdistan Provincial Court of Appeal, the final sentence was communicated to Heyman Khastan on 31 Ordibehesht 1403.
بر اساس گزارش ها، اوایل خرداد ماه ۱۴۰۳، جلسه بازپرسی و تفهیم اتهام هیمن خواستان، ساکن شهر سنندج، در شعبه ۲ بازپرسی دادسرای عمومی و انقلاب آن شهر برگزار شد. هیمن خواستان دفاعیات خود را در خصوص اتهامات "عضویت در جمعیت های معارض کشور" و "فعالیت تبلیغی علیه نظام" ارائه کرد.
این شهروند در تاریخ ۲۹ اردیبهشت ماه ۱۴۰۳، با دریافت ابلاغیه کتبی برای ارائه دفاعیات خود به شعبه ۲ بازپرسی دادسرای عمومی و انقلاب سنندج احضار شده بود.
هیمن خواستان در تاریخ ۱۰ مهر ماه ۱۴۰۱، توسط نیروهای امنیتی در شهر سنندج دستگیر و پس از انتقال به بازداشتگاه و طی مراحل بازجویی به زندان مرکزی سنندج منتقل شد. او در تاریخ ۴ آبان ماه ۱۴۰۱، با تودیع وثیقه آزاد شد.
در ادامه مراحل دادرسی، هیمن خواستان در تاریخ ۲۸ مهر ماه ۱۴۰۲، به اتهامات "سیاسی" محاکمه و به تحمل ۷۴ ماه و ۳ روز حبس تعزیری محکوم شد. در پرونده قضایی دوم خود نیز به اتهام "اقدام علیه امنیت ملی" به تحمل ۳ سال و ۶ ماه و یک روز حبس تعزیری، به اتهام "توهین به بنیانگذار جمهوری اسلامی" به تحمل ۱ ماه و ۳ روز حبس تعزیری و به اتهام "تشکیل دسته و گروه به قصد بر هم زدن امنیت ملی" به تحمل ۱ سال و ۵ ماه و ۱ روز حبس تعزیری محکوم شد.
پس از اتمام مراحل دادرسی و تأیید حکم توسط دادگاه تجدیدنظر استان کردستان، حکم نهایی در تاریخ ۳۱ اردیبهشت ماه ۱۴۰۳ به هیمن خواستان ابلاغ شد.
