Fouad Ghadimi, who worked as a tailor and dry cleaner in the city of Divandarreh, was injured during protests in the city on 19 September 2022 and passed away in a Sanandaj hospital on 21 September 2022.
Reports indicate that on 19 September 2022, officers attacked protesters in the city's main square using tear gas and pellet guns. Fouad Ghadimi, whose shop was near the square, went among the people and experienced severe discomfort after being hit by a tear gas canister. After changing his clothes, he returned to the crowd and was shot in the street. He was taken to his wife's shop by the people, but was later transferred to the hospital by unknown individuals.
At the hospital, Fouad Ghadimi's condition was reported as critical, and his family was not allowed to visit him. Eventually, he was transferred to a hospital in Sanandaj, where he died on 21 September 2022.
Following his death, reports emerged of security pressures on his family. It was said that security forces returned family members to Divandarreh and took Fouad Ghadimi's father to the national broadcaster to prepare a report. His funeral was held at Behesht Mohammadi in Divandarreh with a significant presence of security forces.

فواد قدیمی، در شهرستان دیواندره به شغل خیاطی و خشک شویی مشغول بوده است. او در تاریخ ۲۸ شهریورماه ۱۴۰۱ در جریان اعتراضات شهرستان دیواندره زخمی و در تاریخ ۳۰ شهریورماه ۱۴۰۱ در بیمارستان سنندج جان خود را از دست داد.

در بیمارستان، وضعیت فواد قدیمی وخیم گزارش شد و به خانواده اش اجازه دیدار داده نشد. در نهایت، او به بیمارستان سنندج منتقل شد و در تاریخ ۳۰ شهریورماه ۱۴۰۱ درگذشت.
پس از درگذشت فواد قدیمی، گزارش هایی از فشارهای امنیتی بر خانواده او منتشر شد. گفته شده است که مأموران امنیتی اعضای خانواده را به شهر دیواندره بازگرداندند و پدر فواد قدیمی را برای تهیه گزارش به صداوسیما بردند. همچنین، مراسم خاکسپاری او در بهشت محمدی شهرستان دیواندره با حضور گسترده مأموران امنیتی برگزار شد.
