بنا بر گزارش ها، پویا رستمی پور، فرزند حسن و مربی فوتبال، که در رشته بیوشیمی از دانشگاه آزاد سنندج فارغ التحصیل شده است، پس از بازداشت توسط اطلاعات سپاه در تاریخ 12 بهمن 1401، در تاریخ 28 فوریه 2023 با وثیقه دو میلیارد تومانی به صورت موقت آزاد شد. وی با اتهام همکاری و ارتباط با احزاب کرد مخالف حکومت ایران و اقدام علیه امنیت ملی مواجه است. در مدت بازداشت، وی از حقوق انسانی خود محروم بوده است.

Reports indicate that Pouya Rostami Pour, the son of Hassan and a football coach, who graduated in biochemistry from Islamic Azad University of Sanandaj, was temporarily released on bail of two billion tomans on 28 February 2023. This followed his arrest by the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps on 1 February 2023. He is facing charges of collaboration and connection with Kurdish parties opposed to the Iranian government and actions against national security. During his detention, he was reportedly deprived of his human rights.
