Farhad Gahramani was arrested in Shahrivar for participating in a protest gathering in front of the judiciary and faced charges including assembly and collusion to commit crimes against internal and external security, as well as disturbing public order and peace.
He is currently detained in Ward 6 of Greater Tehran Prison. Reports indicate that he was severely injured following an incident at Evin Prison and is being held in Greater Tehran Prison without medical attention. It has also been reported that he has been under pressure from interrogators. The court's decision and verdict will be announced in the future.
In Aban 1398, Farhad Gahramani's brother and cousin were also arrested, and his father was previously executed.
Following a fire incident at Evin Prison, Farhad Gahramani was transferred to Greater Tehran with serious injuries to his head, face, and ribs. Reports indicate that several pellet bullets were lodged in his body, and he has not received any medical treatment.
According to received information, despite the bail being set, neither the bail is being accepted nor a trial is being held for him. Reports suggest that he requires urgent medical attention.
On 10 September 1401, he was arrested on charges of opposing the death penalty and sentenced to six months in prison and 25 lashes. After serving his sentence, he was released on 27 March 1401.
گزارش شده است که جلسه دادگاه فرهاد قهرمانی به صورت ویدئو کنفرانس در شعبه ۱۰۲۶ دادگاه قدوسی برگزار شده است. فرهاد قهرمانی، فعال زندانی محبوس در زندان تهران بزرگ، در این جلسه از حق داشتن وکیل محروم بوده و شعبه ۱۰۲۶ دادگاه قدوسی از اعلام نام قاضی خودداری کرده است.
فرهاد قهرمانی در شهریورماه به دلیل شرکت در تجمع اعتراضی در مقابل قوه قضاییه بازداشت شده و با اتهاماتی از جمله اجتماع و تبانی برای ارتکاب جرم بر ضد امنیت داخلی و خارجی و اخلال در نظم و آسایش عمومی مواجه شده است.
فرهاد قهرمانی هم اکنون در تیپ ۶ زندان تهران بزرگ محبوس است. گزارش ها حاکی از آن است که وی پس از حادثه ای در زندان اوین به شدت مجروح شده و بدون رسیدگی پزشکی در زندان تهران بزرگ نگهداری می شود. همچنین گزارش شده است که او تحت فشار بازجوها بوده است. نتیجه دادگاه و حکم صادره در آینده اعلام خواهد شد.
در آبان ۱۳۹۸، برادر و پسر عموی فرهاد قهرمانی نیز بازداشت شده بودند و پدر وی پیشتر اعدام شده است.
فرهاد قهرمانی پس از حادثه آتش سوزی در زندان اوین، با بدنی مجروح به تهران بزرگ منتقل شد و از ناحیه سر و صورت و دنده ها آسیب جدی دیده بود. گزارش ها نشان می دهند که چند گلوله ساچمه ای در بدن او وجود داشته و هیچ گونه رسیدگی پزشکی به او صورت نگرفته است.
طبق اطلاعات دریافتی، با وجود قرار وثیقه، نه اجازه تودیع وثیقه داده می شود و نه دادگاهی برای او برگزار می شود. گزارش ها حاکی از آن است که او نیاز به رسیدگی پزشکی فوری دارد.
در تاریخ ۱۰ سپتامبر ۱۴۰۱ به اتهام مخالفت با حکم اعدام دستگیر و به ۶ ماه زندان و ۲۵ ضربه شلاق محکوم شد و پس از اتمام دوران محکومیت، در تاریخ ۲۷ مارس ۱۴۰۱ آزاد شد.
