به گزارش منابع خبری، در تاریخ 5 بهمن 1404، فرشاد براتی بدون ارائه حکم قضایی و در پی یورش نیروهای امنیتی به منزل شخصی اش بازداشت و به مکان نامعلومی منتقل شد. این فرد پس از پایان مراحل بازجویی به بند زندانیان سیاسی زندان گرگان انتقال یافته است، اما وضعیت پرونده او همچنان نامشخص باقی مانده و قرار قانونی روشنی برای وی اعلام نشده است.
