مصطفی رجبعلی زاده شهروند کُرد ۲۹ ساله در تاریخ ۲۰ دی ۱۴۰۴ توسط نیروهای امنیتی در شهر اسفراین استان خراسان شمالی بازداشت شد. او پس از چند هفته بازجویی در یک بازداشتگاه امنیتی به زندان این شهر منتقل شده است.
