Taha Nowruzi, who was detained during the protests in Fooladshahr, Isfahan, in December 2025, remains in an uncertain situation at Dastgerd Prison in Isfahan. He was arrested during the protests on 30 December 2025 in Fooladshahr, Isfahan. However, months after his arrest, no clear information has been provided to his family regarding the status of his case and the judicial proceedings.
Relatives of this political prisoner have indicated that even before the conflict began, their attempts to follow up on the case in court were obstructed. Subsequently, judicial authorities have cited "current conditions" as the reason for keeping the case unresolved.
Security and judicial officials have not provided any clear information regarding his health status, the progress of his case, or access to legal representation.

وی در جریان اعتراضات ۹ دی ۱۴۰۴ در فولادشهر اصفهان بازداشت شد، اما با گذشت ماه ها از زمان بازداشت، تاکنون هیچ پاسخ روشنی درباره وضعیت پرونده و روند رسیدگی قضایی به خانواده او ارائه نشده است.
نزدیکان این زندانی سیاسی می گویند پیش از آغاز جنگ نیز هر بار برای پیگیری پرونده به دادگاه مراجعه می کردند، از ورود و پیگیری آنان جلوگیری می شد. پس از آن نیز مسئولان قضایی با اشاره به «شرایط موجود»، پرونده را در وضعیت بلاتکلیف نگه داشته اند.
ماموران امنیتی و قضایی تاکنون هیچ پاسخ شفافی درباره وضعیت سلامت، روند پرونده و دسترسی به وکیل برای طاها نوروزی ارائه نکرده اند.
